help about career

I recently passed in b com general but my graduate percentage is too low only 40% in this reason I am afraid about a job. I recently study ccna but I see in the all placement letter and the requirement is minimum 50% marks required in the graduate,am i think my carrier is spoil ,what I do now , pls tell.

any suggestion ????
