a lot of things about upgrading like this:

you have win 95 (FAT) and you want to upgrade to windows 2000

wich file system you have to use to dont lose data

NTFS
FAT32
FAT

also protocols like pop, smtp, dns, wins, html, http, just the way they works

minimum Service Pack to update WIN NT to Win 2000

get to know about error messages in installations and booting proccess like this: A+ proffesional installed a hard drive in a system, after reboots the user can't login, actually there is no OS, what file have you to edit in order to troubleshoot this problem?
