Did not think this was an easy test at all...scored 740 the first time using Sybex Book. Passed it today with a 804 using the Exam Cram 2 Book and searching the web for tidbits. In my opinion there are several questions that have 2 very good answers, but only 1 is the correct answer. I found the second time through it was easier for me to step back from the question and look at it a different way.

All in all I thought this was a very tough test...but glad to be done.

I have a couple of questions though...is 804 very good (passing, but...) and what is the official designation to add to your name? I have seen S+, Sec+, Security+, CCSP (CompTIA Certified Security Professional?)

Thanks...and good luck to others on this exam....

    Congrats on the pass!

Of course, on any exam we all want a perfect score, but I haven't yet seen one posted on this forum. Indeed, a pass is a pass.

From all the posts I have seen, it seems that on Security+ if one can say "I passed", it is very good.

    Security+ of course!
