High Amount of CRC errors & performance drop

Hi guys,

We have a 2621 router connected via ethernet to our ISP's router (out of our control) fa port connected to router was returning many CRC errors. I have a quick look but initially this could mean spead/duplex mismatch right? I checked collisions and we don't have any, leading me to speed mismatch. I have been to our data centre and manually set speed to 100 and the difference is hugely noticable. Seems no crc errors now or any input errors. Are there any other reasons for crc errors to be concerned about?

If you side is set to full duplex it won't keep track of collisions and the collisions will bee seen as CRC errors. If setting the speed to 100 seems to have fixed the problem then I would go with that for now.
