Help me guys please..

Hello, Im going to get the A+ exam (2007) soon, and plan to take Network+ and Security+ in Q1 of next year. Next level after that is to be a MSCE or MCSA, so what MS certification do I have to get through then? Is it just one server MS-cert or what?

Do u have any suggestions? Help me out here...
Best Wishes

Your A+ and Net+ can count as one elective toward your MCSA, you will then need 2 core exams (70-290 and 70-291) and one client exam (70-210, 70-270, or 70-620) for a total of 3 exams.

Your Sec+ can count as an elective toward an MCSE, but not the A+/Net+. You'll then need 6 more exams:

    70-290
    70-291
    70-293
    70-294
    70-210 or 70-270 or 70-620
    70-297 or 70-298
All things are possible, only believe.

    Thank you very much
Some people say it's easier to get through comTIA's exams than it is to pass Microsofts exams. Anyone here agree?
I passed the first Essentials 220-601 A+ (2007) exam recently with a rather good result (730 oo 900)

Passing any current MS exam will give you the MCP credential. You may also consider writing one of the new generation exams to earn MCTS designation.

    Good luck.

Except for the MCDST exams, if I remember correctly those won't give you an MCP credential.

Nope, I believe they would, that's how I got my original MCP.
    271
    272

    MCP requirements
Note Exam 70-058 and Exam 70-536 are exceptions to the one exam requirement. Passing either of these exams will not certify an individual as an MCP.

Looks like those are the only exceptions.

A guy I work with took the 271 test and earned the MCP credential.

    Hey

I've just passed the IT Technician Exam 220-602 so now I'm A+ certified!
I passed the exam with a 890 score out of 900!

Coming up next exam: Network +...
