Passed CCENT

**First post here, btw!**

Passed with score of 922/1000. It was my first Cisco exam.

Advice to others looking to take the CCENT exam:

- Know subnetting really well and know how errors in ip/subnet combinations on all types of devices can effect a network
- Know all the material presented on the Cisco website for the CCENT objectives on a broad level. Print it out and check each area off when you feel you know it well.
- Use practice tests a few days before the exam to get yourself in testing mode.

Material I used:

**CBTNuggets CCENT Videos by Jeremy Cioara (INCREDIBLE RESOURCE)

Exam Cram2 for CCENT (Mainly used the two practice exams included in the back of the book)

CiscoPress books:
ICND1 book
CCENT Quick Reference Sheets

I didn't use any actual lab devices, I just watched Jeremy Cioara manipulate the devices in his videos and it was more than enough.

Good luck to any future CCENT exam-takers!

On to ICND2!

Congratulations on the pass. I'm in the same boat you are as I just passed the CCNA (640-801) on Tuesday. It was my first Cisco exam as well. I don't think I've ever been so nervous about a test in my life! Once again congrats and good luck with your future studies.
