I used the Sybex book and the technotes from this site and passed the test on the first try.

I used MS Press and Transcender. I wasn't familiar with CBT Nuggets at the time, so I didn't use that. However, I've been using them regularly ever since and I absolutely love them. I definitely recommend them if you can afford it.
