what can i do AFTER i passed my a+ certification? can i get a job?

and who is about to take the exam? this year?

    A+ is an entry-level certification. The only jobs you will likely get with it are basic troubleshooting and repair. You might want to consider adding the Network+ on after your A+ if you aren't that familiar with networking. After that, you'd be in a good position to move on to the MS, Cisco, and/or Linux certifications. It really depends on what you want to do.

    What skills do you have? Have you looked for work and/or currently working? What goals do you have?

    Around my area there a few large medical software companies that turn over support pretty fast and they're always looking for people. Troubleshooting proprietary products is a good way to get your foot into the IT door.
