    Books
MS Press, Sybex, and Syngress typically publish good books.

    Practice Tests
Transcender, Preplogic, Self Test Software, and various others.

    CBT
CBT Nuggets, Train Signal, Test Out, and various others.

Read reviews of the specific items you're looking at since the quality can vary.

You need to do 70-292 and 70-296 by the end of March because that's when they will be retired. Good luck!

There is also a forum dedicated to the upgrade exams that you might find useful: http://techexams.net/forums/viewforum.php?f=33
