SCSI BIOS?
w^rl0rd
Okay, I was recently taking a practice exam and it mentioned disabling a SCSI adapter's BIOS. This is driving me crazy. In what situation would I do this?

RussS
You would disable it if you wern't using it and there was a driver conflict.

wouldn't scsi bios also be disabled if no boot devices were installed on it?
RussS
Quite possibly. Due to the cost of SCSI drives I haven't bothered installing them, however out network tech said his board was not enabled when it was installed, but needed to be enabled before use.
