Good windows target for MSCS clustering
Hi, I have tried using Nimbus MySan along with the MS iSCSI initiator
to set up MSCS clustering but can only get one node connected to the
target at a time, which kind of defeats the purpose.
I did a search and found that others had the same problem so I'm starting
my search for another solution. I know Linux is a good SAN target but does
anyone know of or have any experience with a Windows based solution
that works with Microsoft clustering?

Are you looking for an appliance solution or something to add to your existing servers? For an affordable appliance, you might want to check out the following:

I don't have any experience setting any of them up yet, but we have a brand new NS-80 and NS-40 from EMC sitting in our datacenter right now. As soon as EMC approves the integration plan, we'll start setting up an iSCSI SAN.
We didn't consider any software-based solutions for our storage needs - so I don't know much about them - but there are some other products out there. Maybe someone has an opinion one one of the following:

The Linux or StarWind solution would be free to at least test. If you are going to try some of them out, please let us know what you think. This might be a good way for some of us to set up a cheap home SAN to get some experience.
