Hi, Im new to the forums and i live in Sydney Australia. Im interested in getting my MCSE. I noticed that 4 of the 6 courses for MSCE are all you need for the MCSA. Does that mean if i get my MSCE i also get my MCSA cert? i can rephrase if you guys dont understand, Thanks.

Normally, you will get the MCSA on the way to MCSE. There are some electives that count for one but not the other. For example the A+/Network+ combo counts for the MCSA elective, but will not count for the MCSE elective.

For MCSE in 2003, yes. For MCSE in 2000, no.
