After studying for two months off and on I decided I was ready. I used Micheal Meyer's A+ book (5th Edition), TestOut (my previous employer paid for it), and Prelogic. I completed the exam in 33 minutes and only had to stop and think on about five questions. My score was 768 which was a little disappointing because I expected higher.
