Need explanation: mls qos srr-queue output....

Well I am confused about the example and explanation of the following command:
Platform: 3560 switch during configuring eagress queues.
3560(config)# mls qos srr-queue output dscp-map queue 1 threshold 2 10 11
I am confused about the parameter "threshold id". As far as i understand here the dscp 10 11 are mapped to the egress queue1 and threshold 2.
My question is:
1. What is this threshold used for? What do i think during planning for this thresholds?
2. How many thresh hold can be possible?

The threshold ID defined the srr threshold of packets in the queue for this traffic before it starts to tail drop the traffic. You can configure 2 drop thresholds for each queue and the third drop threshold is the "queue full" threshold. The idea is if you have a bunch of DSCP values in the same queue you can define a lower (say 40%) threshold for the high drop probability and a value of say 70% for the medium drop probability, and leave the "queue full" state for the low drop probability.The only easy day was yesterday! -
