First IT Professional role

Hello IT Professionals,

I am a certified MCP searching for my first role within the IT sector as a Junior/Helpdesk/1st Line Support role.

I have no professional experience at all apart from where I have studied and gained hands on experience with MS products, which is at my student campus.

I have applied for over 50 role's but the response is "sorry you have no experience"

Can anyone help me on what to do, just to get my foot in the door?

I have an impressive CV & cover letter's are always attached...Yet I still have a problem.

    Apply for a campus IT job. Or you might consider a local electronics store. Anything that has to do with computers will be "experience" and increases your chances of being hired elsewhere.

    there seems to be lots of work in IT moves. Thats what my first job was. Led to some datacenter and helpdesk work.
    Look for companies that do relocation or MAC work (moves adds and changes).
    studying on 70-290, 70-291 and CCNA.

    All I will do is wish you the best of luck. My struggle has been ongoing for 3 yrs and I can't even land a help desk job.

    Disregard that comment and focus on your job search. What kind of roles are you seeking? Inbound tech support? Outbound "customer service", which may generally be a call centre environment, or something a little higher up such as system admin?

    The hardest part is getting the interview, how about paying somebody to professionally review your cover letter and/or resume?
