Essential Skills Summary

My CV & Cover Letter got me through the first stage of an "Junior IT Support" position.

Now they are asking me for an Essential Skills Summary letter for the role?

I aint never ever ever ever done one of these!

IT PRO'S PLEASE HELP! I HAVE UNTIL MONDAY MORNING!!!

    I'd imagine what they want is just a summary of your skills. Write a couple of paragraphs explaining what your strong points are, maybe some examples of training and/or experience you have, and that sort of thing. Basically, something that goes a little further than just a bullet-list.

    I'm probably a bit late.

    But a skills summary is just a list of the technologies you've used and experienced in.

    eg

    windows xp
    sql 2003
    IIS

    Quite often recruiters are too lazy to look through your CV and just want to see what you have experience in.

    You could probably put in your level of understanding of these skills and any certs you have on this page as well.
