Yes they are, but what is most importantly is that they directly correspond to one ore more exam objectives.
Mcmcse.com is my favorite cert site (apart from TechExams.net of course;)). The owner of that site, Jason Spraque, is simply a great guy and he has helped me out a lot over the past 4 years. The study material on his site is written with the same care as ours, so it is a 'must-visit'
