Made some pies for Easter.

I am known as the pie guy in the family...

This was my first attempt at making cream pies. I usually make some sort of fruit filled pies. I have to say.... Cream pies are so much easier to make.

I made a banana cream and a lemon custard.

Cant wait to eat them and let ya know how they taste.

That was my random post for the day.

What exactly is 'easter food'?

Wasn't aware there was anything special servered. Everyone I know around here just simply has a 'nice' meal with a salad offering, maybe potatoes, meat of two or three types, maybe dessert and the dinnerware tends to match. With that, there are plenty of options if your choices are limited.
