I bought some 3620 cisco routers for cheap that show this command

Does this sound like it just doesnt have an ios installed? Or does it sound like a physical problem, I bought a ton of them just because they were super cheap.

I have never seen a 3620 before, all our class room has is 2500's.

Do these models use a compact flash card if it is the problem?
