my friend is having a problem with his labtop
he explains it in the link below, it is pretty simple problem but the he still as it. a couple of people try to help him but it didnt work, if anybody can it will be greatly appreaciated

Three programs need to be run
Adaware
Spybot S&D
Hijaak this
All three can be obtained from
http://www.download.com/?legacy=cnet or http://www.siena.edu/antivirus/Spyware/hijackthis.htm
I do a lot of what they do manually, but to explain it would take me a little while, and besides since there are tools why not use them
