Need help opening a file!!!

I need help opening a file!!! Does anyone know what I can use to open a .tao file extension??? I tried to use isobuster but it does not extract the files. I know the file is not corrupted. Help!!!

Never heard of a .tao file.

A quick view through http://bton.com/tb17/formats.html and my usual sites proved fruitless too. Where did this come from?

I am guessing it is an Isobuster propriotery file - try using the data recovery tool from http://www.isobuster.com/

TAO is a CD burn format (switches the laser on and off).

In terms of what read or writes this format I've really got no idea, but try surfing through your CD burner documentation/software and see if it gets a mention someplace.

Alternatively do a google using +tao +cd +burn, I tried this and in turns up some relevant links which might help.
