Had a baby this morning, passed my A+ this afternoon...

Well, after only getting three hours sleep and my wife giving birth to our daughter at 8:49 am this morning, I went in and passed my A+ OS, and am now A+ certified! Thanks for all the help from this board. On to the Net+!

    The OS test was definitely more challenging than the hardware one. I took them relying almost solely on my past experience and the resources found at this site and a few others. No books or anything for me. I will be picking up the sybex book for my next cert (Net+) so that my passing scores arent quite so low... But they definitely make you think more on this test. I had a lot of questions relating to the boot.ini and and information contained in it. Also a lot of other start up questions. Glad to have gotten out of there with the pass, and I will definitely prepare better for my next test...
