problem with mcp site

in MCSA / MCSE on Windows 2003 General
I can't seem to access the mcp member site. I put in my mcp id and access code but i get the error Error: 1: One or more of your entries does not match your Customer Profile record. I have my mcp id but i have not passed my first mcp exam yet. any suggestions? Do you have to be a mcp to access the site?

I believe i found the answer to my question. After you pass a MCP exam you get the access code. I guess i have to pass one first.

    Login with the email address & password attached to your MCP number.

    yes, that's correct. Until you pass a test, you aren't an MCP - technically.
