A+ Core exam and Preparation Story

Hello Freinds:

Today I purchased the exam voucher from getcertify4less.com. I schedule my exam on 06/19/2004, doing last minute preparation please advice. Anyone pass recently please let me know what kind of question you got. I do not understand what you mean by Linear type question, please explain if possible with example.

    Linear just means that the question is drawn out from pool of question...
    (I believe)...like you get 50 question from pool of 1000...forgot how many question it was...

    Before Comptia tried Adaptive format which started with easy question, getting harder every time you get it right and going back to easier question when you get it wrong...but I guess that didnt work out...

    Its a real good deal right now...48 for each test...I paid 98...

    ...and with linear, you can go "back" and double-check answers; you can't do that with adaptive-testing.

    Orrissa, you really got to study more toward the material of the exam. You should know all IRQs, Ports, CPUs & DMA charts before you take the test. I may fail, but at least I will go into the test knowing the basics....
