Going to take the A+ Hardcore on Tues. Is there anthing new?

Is there anything new that was not cover in the old A+ Hardcore.

I know there was talk about needing to know about Wireless but what about anything else?

Im doing it with New Horizons

    NetBeui
    IPX/SPX
    Appletalk

    Appletalk is also routable using DDP I believe. But do your own due diligence on that one.

    I ran into a lot of newer networking questions. FIDDI and Gigabyte ethernet were represented in a number of questions when I took my test. (As well as wireless - which you already mentioned).

    Appletalk is also routable using DDP I believe. But do your own due diligence on that one.

    I cant remember, I think Apple Talk 2 is routable... But the older AppleTalk 1 isnt.... Dont quote me on this though, cause I cant really remember....

    Of the choices given, I would say TCP/IP and IPX/SPX is routable.....
