Hi,
if the installed HAL is incorrect, Windows wil not start. I wonder when it happens and the reason could be for an incorrect installed HAL?

You decide to upgrade your computer and put in a new motherboard and processor. That will invalidate the HAL pretty swiftly.Jumping on the IT blogging band wagon -- http://www.jefferyland.com/ -
