Fat and Fat 32

Hi,
As I know, Fat and Fat32 do not support Offline Files, Compression, Encryption and Security Permissions. Am I missing something? Anything else you can think of?
Thanks,
Banderas

FAT32 is limited to 32GB only if formatted with XP (unless you use 3rd party soft). -

Figured I'd ask here, but how long can names be for dynamic volumes? 11?Present goals: MCAS, MCSA, 70-680 -

Looks like FAT32 = 11 characters (all uppercase), NTFS = 32 characters (mixed case). Dynamic vs. basic doesn't seem to matter.
