Haha, I put disagree but I mean its a double edged sword.

You say disagree, your kind of saying "ehh.. ive done some troublemaking but not that much yet, i still feel inclined to do more"

And if you agree, your kind of saying "oh heck yah! I used to do some really bad things, troublemaking was my middle name"

They are probably only looking for the strongly disagree or strongly agree there. 2 answers sometimes may be correct answers.

Truth and Job Application - agree

I would be leary of anyone with any time in the job that hasn't done some form of troublemaking.

NOW if they have repeatedly done the same troublemaking then I would be as concerned as when they say they haven;t caused any trouble.

Applying for Best Buy eh? :P I hate those questions they ask you just because they can be a double edged sword. I doubt they really look at them either.

Anyways, I always answered disagree since they are looking to weed out the troublemakers. Only someone that had a brain fart would say they've been in trouble before. If you answer that you cause trouble I doubt the manager would like you working for them.

I also found it lame the way they do their hiring practices. If they don't have any openings for the position you're applying for then they'll never contact you. That pisses me off, if you apply, they should give you a call and tell you there isn't anything open rather then letting you hang out to dry.
