Exchange question

Rpc over http. outlook 03, exchange 03, Fe/Be setup. user is a traveling sales man whose laptop is joined to the domain. When he opens outlook he continually gets a login screen and after 1.5 hours on the phone with him I found out he isn't smart enought to use web access. Already turned cached mode off any ideas?

    Are you saying that it doesn't work if he enters his domain\username and password, or are you asking for help with disabling rpc over http altogether on his computer?

    Working on: RHCE/Ansible
    Future: Probably continued Red Hat Immersion, Possibly VCAP Design, or maybe a completely different path. Depends on job demands...

    Doesnt work with user name password combo for the domain, he needs to use Rpc over Http
