Certs are a great accomplishment at all levels and it is nice to be recognized for your work. But there is a point where you do climb high enough that you may have 20 certs next to your name and you are working with a guy who has no college and no certs, and he knows 20 times what you do. Certs have their place and in the company of this board they are very highly valued. Just dont let it go to your head. Many a cert holding admin has been humbled by the "idiot" helpdesk guy.
