I have taken tests at three different testsenters here in Norway/Oslo.Wondering why the customer service is so bad.It feels like they do not realy want me there. No help what so ever if i have any questions.Don't Prometric/Vue testsenters have any profitt on the tests i am taking?A bit frustrating since i have spent about 8K$ on tests the last two years.Would have expected better customer service.

if its anything like it is in the states, its probably 16 year olds just trying to hold a job, and having no sense of pride or responsibility in their jobs. With the exception of one site I went to, its the same story here. I had a gal check me in while she was on her cell phone the entire time!!! I wonder why that center shut down? icon_lol.gif

The testing centers at colleges are, of course, run by college students, so service can vary greatly, just like at the campus bookstore.

I've been to three tests centers here in Japan, but I've never had any problems with them. Actually, since I was a foreigner they were intrigued that I was there taking tests. They were also surprised at how fast I finished exams and passed. I will be trying out a new test center here soon.. This one is a Prometric site. I had posted before about my difficulty finding Prometric sites in Japan, but I found one VERY close to my house! One stop on the train and a 3 minute walk. In total, it's about 8 minutes away. Probably could ride my bike to there in 15 minutes.

Anyways, back on subject.. If you have a complaint about the Prometric test center.. Tell Prometric..

    http://www.prometric.com/ContactUs/TestTakers/GlobalCSForm.htm

That's the link to contact them.. Tell them what happened and they'll see about fixing it! :) They won't know what's going on at their test centers unless we tell them.

I've gone to the same test center for my past 4 tests, and 3 of the 4 times the customer service was awful. The girl just called potential students until the exact minute my test was supposed to start, signed me in, then took me in to the testing room. It was the same girl each time. Talked to me like I was worthless.

I have never has these kind of issues at any testing center. The last test I took (7-5), the guy even congradulated me afterwards. He was very nice and professional. Explained everything to me before going into the testing room. I couldn't have asked for better service.

I would send an email to Prometric. Voice how you feel. I think I'll even send one but on a positive note.
And in conclusion your point was.....???

Don't get so upset...it's just ones and zeros.

I think that this issue is due to lack of training. Some testcenters seem to drag people in of the street to run the centers.Laughing and thinking about previous testcenters. There was a lady on one of them that was so nervous she regualury crashed into some desks. One time she hurt her self real bad.Had to help her but she claimed she was ok.Some blood on her leg though.

the test center that I use to visit were always nothing but pleasent. Staff was always nice & curtious. Now with MS pulling their exams from pearsonvue, I will now be forced to use a new testing center.
