MS Second shot is back....

Yeah I have booked my 70-284 and 285 but I am going to cancel and reschedule to apply the voucher once I can actually access the website to get a voucher.

I did it with my 70-292, they seem to announce these right after I book exams

Excellent news!!! I am getting ready soon to write my 70-298 exam. I was hoping that MS would bring this back.

Ha! Oh sure NOW it comes back after I just finished all those exams. Well maybe it will motivate me to finish out that 299.

Pfft. There's still Exchange, SQL, Sharepoint, MCITP upgrades, etc. You're not done by a long shot.

Good news.

I've never failed an exam when I had the second shot backing me up, and I think the insurance of the free retake is what helps keep my nerves down during the exam.

YES!!!! This will ease my nerves and my wallet if need be!!! Even if I dont need them, it changes my mindset going in the exam. Im slightly less nervous

When I was in Redmond last Monday they said they were reinstating it for another year since there was such a push for it towards the end of the last one - a lot of people wrote them and took advantage of it - then everyone complained when it went away.

A. The Second Shot offer applies to all IT professional and developer certification exams, and all Microsoft Dynamics exams (all 070 exams). The academic exams (072 exams) do not qualify for this offer.

Looks like they're still having issues with the site. Some JavaScript object isn't loading properly, so I just get a loading screen that goes on forever. Anyone else seeing the same thing, or am I just nuts?

thanks for the heads up. I was going to try this when I got home. Ill keep an eye out and post up (if necessary) in a few hours.

I just got it to work! However, they have this note under the link

Note: We are currently experiencing technical issues with the registration tool. If you cannot complete the registration process at this time, please try again later. We are working on a resolution and will update the Web site when the issue is fixed.

Hopefully this thing gets resolved soon, I need to book an exam this Sunday, I am itching on playing around some Cisco Swith/Routers...
