is this normal for a 2501?

When reloading my 2501 it says:

error opening tftp://255.255.255.255/network-confg

I have no idea why its trying to find this file? the startup config file loads up fine so I dont know why its trying to load stuff off the tftp server, any ideas? also is there anything better to use besides windows hyperterm?

do a "no service config", then "copy run start" followed with a "reload" and see if it goes away.
