Radio Frequency Technologies - 93% bring it on!

802.11 Regulations and Standards - 60% DOH!! Damn those 802.3af questions came a lot!

802.11 Protocols and Devices - 82% fair enough

802.11 Network Implementation - 100%

802.11 Network Security - 100%

802.11 RF Site Surveying - 100%

Remember my thread regarding 802.3af questions? See? I was only able to answer the things
i read at Wikipedia.org and my sybex book obviously wasn't the last edition, it only mentioned PoE a couple of times, regarding the concepts: Midspan and Endspan...nothing else. (2006 print)

Anyways I feel satisfied with the results. Specially in the last three Objectives. Having a little bit of experience pays off! I think it went well after all.

Well, thats a question I've been asking to myself...

Im considering LPIC or RHCE in January, but in the mean time don't know if it would be better for me, ccna wireless or ccna voice. Voice and QoS is something im interested in, but I would like to
develop myself a little bit more with wireless techs.

Anyways for the moment I'll take self-study vacations!!!

I was wondering how many IT network professionals take this exam??? Here in Puerto Rico, they
say this cert it's not that important? I completely disagree of course. How it is considered in the States?

Anyways, let see when 802.11n is ratified.

I think it's a good exam. Now whether or not it's going to get you a ton of 6 figure job offers is a different thing, but if you're going to administer a wireless network that's anything above the single Linksys AP stuck on a shelf in the server room, you'll really learn a lot of valuable skills that will help you.
