To be honest, I spent a ton of time on Wikipedia. It's a great resource for all the 802.11 specifications, antenna types, etc. If you need more information, you're probably going to have to just hit up an RFC or IEEE document (which I did a little bit). Google is great too, especially images, again for things like the antenna types.
What are you using to study? I thought the official guide was pretty weak. The Sybex book was a life saver. -

Yep, been using wikipedia and have checked out a few RFC's.
Checking out images online sounds like a good idea. Cheers.

Wikipedia was the BEST for this. I would read the official study guide, and if I hit an acronym I didn't feel comfortable with, i would look it up on Wikipedia. It really helped me retain the information and also helped me link concepts together.
