IP SLAs - ICMP Echo Operation for Failover

SO I have a 6509 in the DC with a MSFC3 and my coworker and I are ramping up for an internet failover plan. After reviewing some different options, the IP SLA seems to be the most straight forward. Anyways the Cisco feature navigator shows that my image supports this.

c6msfc3-jk9o3sv-mz.122-17d.SXB11a.bin

http://tools.cisco.com/ITDIT/CFN/Dispatch?act=feature&imageid=717034&platformFamily=146&featureSet=1102&featureSelected=1894&availSoftwares=IOS%20XE&availSoftwares=IOS

But I get this:
msfc(config)#ip sla ?
% Unrecognized command
msfc(config)#ip sla

Am I missing something, is this a bug, or is the cisco site a little off? Cisco.com is an awesome site, but the latter would not surprise me.
There is no place like 127.0.0.1 BUT 209.62.5.3 is my 127.0.0.1 away from 127.0.0.1!

That command is not included either. This switch is running in hybrid mode so perhaps that is the limitation.
