Hi
I have done the following exams:
70-270
70-290
70-291
70-293
70-294
70-298
Security+

Does these Qualifies me for MCSE2003 or do I still need to do 70-297? or 70-299 if I want to be MCSE 2003 Security

That would make you an MCSE. You'll need to do 299 or one of the ISA exams if you want the security specialization.

That scores you an MCSE. Congratulations! Doing the 299, 350 or 351 will nab you that coveted MCSE:S. Good luck!

Is it much coveted? I'm doing 298 instead of 297 just in case but I'm just leaving the option open.

I've seen one job asking for the MCSE:S and one job asking for the MCSE:M. So I'm not sure if it is highly sought after on the job market but it should make one stand out a bit more than the norm.

I think someone polled a major job site once and there was around 300 for the security specialization and 1500 for the messaging specialization. Those numbers are a very rough approximation. That was a year or so ago, and I don't really remember. Maybe I can find the thread...

I would guess the messaging specialization would be sought after by many more employers then the security specialization. The exchange knowledge would be worth way more I see. Not that security isn't important.
