Replacing Lost Certification "Certificates"????

Hey all, somehow, I seem to have lost my 3 certification Certificates. I've lost my MCP, A+ and Net+. I think I lost them when I moved 3 years ago but I digress...

Anywho, does anyone know where I would even start if I want to get them re-issued? I still have my cards and numbers if that helps.

The only reason I'm even interested is because I've recently been given my own office w/ a door and window (yipee lol) and I'd like to hang them up on my walls. I work for an engineering firm so everyone's office walls are littered w/ diplomas and industry certs. Since I didn't finish my 4 year degree (Architecture), I figure these certs are the next best thing.

Any thoughts?

Thanks and yes, I know it's a bit "uppity" to put the certs on the walls but some of the people at my company see me as a glorified plumber. I'm trying to change that perception little by little.

If you log into the MS MCP site and the CompTIA CareerID site you should see an option to re-order certificates. On the MS site, it will be under Welcome Kits. On the CompTIA, it will be under Request Certificate.

Edit: You can actually print out a copy of your certificate on the MS site under the Welcome Kit section.

I would like to know as well as I would like copies of my CCNA and CCNP for the office at home. I have never hung certificates at work. I did once wear my MCSE badge for a couple of weeks at work back in 1999, not least as I worked so hard to get it. It made a good tie pin. I passed on the CNA badge. My line manager who was a Mickey taker wore a 'Blue Peter' badge the next day to take the piss..hehehe..so expect some stick if you overdo the insignia!

yea, I usually pass on the insignia lol. I'll catch a lot of guff from my pals at work if I start wearing the lapel pins.

Ooohhh... Thats bad when your network does that. Gonna have to totally shut everything off for a day or so to fix it. Its gonna be expensive as well. I think I can fit you into my schedule sometime next month... maybe...

Referencing the above post a few back, Cisco will reprint certificates as well. I have all mine hung up. It's definitely something to be proud of.

Ah, I just tried to build mine. Apparently, it only works for the new 2008 certs (MCTS, MCITP, etc) and you have to have a logo already built with at least one specialization.

You may have to order a new welcome kit to get the 2003 certs.

It seems I have lost my origanal Certs as well, I even went so fas as calling MS, and they somewhat rudely informed me that since they no longer reconize the MCSE NT4 track that I was not able to get the origanal looking Certs. they would send me a new welcome back (which has the new plain (crappy looking) certs. If anyone knows or find some place to make Dups of the cert Let us know. I really had the 2003/2008 Certs they look like my mom made me a good job award
