Regarding the Simulations.
Do you get marked down if you have to go back and change something?
I thought about this today after I made a stupid mistake... Twice in the same setup I'm embarrassed to say.
I was just doing a quick DHCP lab, I have 2 routers connected Via fast Ethernet. I configured Router A f 0/0 to 10.5.0.33 255.255.255.224
then I set up a DHCP pool for Network 10.5.0.0 255.255.255.224
After waiting for Router B to receive it's address from router A, I decided something was wrong and took a look. I knew right away that F 0/0 was on a different subnet than the DHCP pool was configured for. So I fixed it.
So, I was thinking, during the exam, if I was still in the simulator and upon verifying that my config worked, realized I had a mistake like that and fixed it (DHCP Pool Network 10.5.0.32), would I be penalized?
If you're curious, the way I made the same mistake was when I was configuring RIP and I did the same thing by typing Network 10.5.0.0 and ran Show IP Route, only to discover that I had made the same mistake twice during one lab!
