Weird problem within Outlook

I have just installed exchange 2003 next to exchange 2000 and have replicated over the public folders and also moved the users mailboxes and all has gone well until i logged on as a user and noticed that when i open Outlook, the new button has been greyed out!! Does amyone know of this issue??

Try to delete your mail profile ... Control Panel > Mail > Profiles ... ( you will need to setup your account in outlook again tho )

Fixed it for me once ..
