Managed to get an 880, really really chuffed! 
have to say I've been feeling sick as a dog today with a cold, was even considering cancelling this morning, glad I didn't!
Was suprised to only get 30 questions on the test, of them around 5 were sims, the rest pretty standard multiple choice/answer questions, a fair few of them on backups and permissioning.
So, on to the big bad beast! is it really that hard?? any tips on study material, been using MS Press, Exam Cram and Transcender's so far which seem to do the trick.
Thanks again to everyone on here, it really is an essential resource when it comes to studying.

Congratulations! It sucks to do a test when you're feeling sick, I did that on my A+. Good luck on the beast! I didn't find it to be all that bad but it was definitely a lot rougher than the 290.
