I am taking foundation 2008 Desktop Certification exam and i have 76% on the first
two tests. The problem is the last 8 questions, the study guides are not very helpful
concerning the AIO 20 and the Slim Tower. Can anybody please help with those questions?

Back when I did the cert I remember that you had to check in other archived versions of guides to get all of the info you needed, or that sometimes things were mislabeled. Just be sure to look through everything even if it looks like it may be unrelated and use your own ingenuity and you should be fine.Jumping on the IT blogging band wagon -- http://www.jefferyland.com/ -

Thanks for the input. I will go back thru everything. The 2008 study guide is the only
one that lists the AIO 20 and Slim Tower. Are you saying the older study guides are
different? -

The older study guides are different from what I recall. I remember it sometimes taking some searching to pull up the page that had the bit of info they were requesting. It's all a bit of a pain really.Jumping on the IT blogging band wagon -- http://www.jefferyland.com/

I went thru all the material again and got another 76%. I heard from someone if you emailed
dell and asks them to reset the test that they might help you out. Does anybody know if
this is true?
