It doesn't cover much routing.
Is there not any routing on the exam?

Also be sure to know the differences between RIPv1 and RIPv2. It is always helpful to dig a little deeper, do a little research on distance vector protocols in general, but no, there isn't much routing in ICND1

This implies that the exam is:
Switches
Subnetting
A bit of RIPv2 -
Optionshuman151 Member Posts: 208you need to know how to quickly subnet. Configure interfaces. be familiar with WAN.Serial Configs. be familiar with distance vector routing protocols. know the show commands, CDP.
but know, a it cert dealing with routers has NOTHING to do with routing.Welcome to the desert of the real.
