Free A+ training videos

Has anyone used the training videos at http://www.freeaplus.com ( http://www.professormesser.com ) ? I found one of his videos on a YouTube search for training snipits. I've only been through a few of the videos because they suck up the bandwidth limit on my satallite connection. From what I have seen they seem to have good info.

    I've watched most of them they are pretty good as far as some of the basics but would not rely on them for what should be learned for the A+.
