As long as you have at least a loopback being advertised as area 0, you can interconnect areas without a "real" area 0..if that makes sense. I don't know if it makes me a geek or what, but I think that's pretty cool. I know this isn't really completely relevant, I just thought it's something interesting a lot of people don't know.
