Man, this book is great...I picked it up to help me clarify some QoS topics a couple days ago and now I've ended up reading almost the whole book. I can't stop...and I'm going to have to read it again. QoS rocks and it's beginning to screw up my NP studies (CT? sidetracked? NEVER. 
) Ah well...
For anyone needing more information on QoS, I highly recommend adding this book to your bookshelf....

That's what the guys rolling out QoS at work use and they swear by that book. Apparently it is a lot clearer on the in-depth QoS issues than others, particularly when you're trying to figure out how to deal with different types of switches and handling different traffic classes on each in a manner that is consistent with your overall strategy.
Me, I'm nervous about when we start having to have QoS on our wireless network...that oughtta be fun...for now they're just not trusting our wireless devices and marking packets once they reach the switch.
