    looks good!
but you might want to list your experience first, and then your education.
I would also trim the "Summary of Qualifications" area. Otherwise, you won't have anything interesting to say during the interview -- you would only be repeating yourself.

Hi, I used to live in Rhode Island. Attended college up there in the 70s. Moved back down to the NYC metro area in the mid 80s, where I grew up.
The one major red flag that pops up is your employment history that you have listed. You have stayed at your last two jobs for less than three months.

Tailor your resume to each job that you are applying for. Don't list you have Novell/ISA/SQL experience if they don't ask for it. Also be prepared to answer tough questions if you list it on your resume.

I listed Citrix when I didn't do much on it (I know Citrix now).. They asked me about it and I couldn't give them answers. Looked pretty stupid. >_<

That would be a red flag for me as well. The jobs that I have had that lasted less than six months I just leave off.

If you have a good reason for leaving that is a different story The only thing is if they see you have been hopping jobs they may not be interested enough to ask if you had a god reason.

As stated before place employment first and education after and edit summary and include number of users that you managed.

I did see mention of AD experience, it needs detail what you did with it, eg migrate from win2k to win2k3, that would work well with the Blackberry experience listed later.

If you must add those 2 month job experience which actually is the bulk of your experience, I would list it as consultant experience. Also eliminate cluter eg Win 3.1.
Instead of bullet points use summaries for experience, eg Setup PC/Client for 500 users with post deploy support, allowed remote access blah blah.
And expand on the VoIP/Blackberry experience.
Also for education list college and graduate date and major skip the college move save it for the interview.

The Advanced Network Systems were making me work till 6-7pm cutting into my classes at college. and the company I am at now, is having me do more inventory work, rather then IT
