Have you been affected by this or did you notice any oddness online?

Strangely enough, I was noticing some odd issues accessing some overseas websites and came to check the news as if I knew the problem was widespread and it was the headlines

There was a similar cut last year in the Middle East. They need to watch where they are driving those submarines over there
