backup strategy outlook express ?

we have 25 clinets using outlook express , I have to backup whole clients outlook to DVD's everytime reach to size of the Each outlook client 4GB , I need some advices from poeple had a experience same sitution

Use login script to launch and ntbackup on PST file. But this is pretty silly. If they have 25 clients, they should be using an Exchange Hosted service or run Exchange/SBS themselves so it can all be backed up on the server.“For success, attitude is equally as important as ability.” - Harry F. wait, is each individual client's backup 4GB?! That's WAY too much stuff...if you can, try to convince them to clean out their old mail. Most likely, if they just saved attachments elsewhere (i.e., save the photos/files/etc. to HD so they could delete the original emails) & did an emptying of their deleted items, their mailboxes & backups wouldn't be so massive.Currently Studying For: Nothing (cert-wise, anyway)
