Don't want to dampen anyones spirits but the article said the kid eventually got the gift after a week. But it's still mean.

A week is a too long to wait to give the kid the present IMO. Other then that it will teach him not to sneak a peak anymore.

lol, that is so cruel, if I had a kid who took a peek before christmas I would never go to this length. But you have to admit that he'll probably never sneak a peek at christmas presents again
